When we've done everything right, but still aren't getting the results we hoped for, we must still believe. We have to muster up all the faith and belief we have left and persevere.

As I was waiting for some movement, I realized I had caused the roadblock in my content as well; but it wasn't my position it was my disobedience.

I felt a sense of encouragement because I know success is waiting for those that are wise enough to surrender to God, hopeful enough to trust him and focused enough to back up belief with consistent action.

This woman had been threaten, beaten, arrested and much more and even after ALL THAT, she said imma keep going because "I'M SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED".

That statement alone calls for a bit of introspection.

I felt disconnected from God. I was going through the motions and participating in church activities, but I wasn't feeling as connected to God as I have in the past. I felt like when I was praying it was ingenuine and forced. I was frustrated and not necessarily with God but with myself. If I'm being honest, I've always felt like prayer was a struggle for me. Praying is hard.

2020 What a year! I know many of you are glad it’s over but 2020 has blessed me in ways I could have never imagined. 2020 taught me so many lessons that I didn’t know I was in need of learning at 30 years old.
